About the Author:

Chukwudum Ikeazor was born into the Ikeazor family of Obosi, Nigeria. A lawyer and member of several international organizations including the International Bar Association and the Royal African Society, he served as:

• 1984 Nigerian Police officer who witnessed the system from within
